# Features - Wearables Integration

In order to measure advanced physical activity like climbing stairs, running vs. walking, cycling or swimming, VITALITY may be linked to both Google Fit and Apple Health. You will recieve a better tailored experience if you connect with one of them.

Integrations to VITALITY are an on-going project, and new data sources are constantly being added to the ecosystem. By establishing its own system that can work in tandem with several data sources, VITALITY aims to become more accurate as well as technologically independent.
